The location was very good -- convenient to night market and central city area. Free wifi was a plus and was adequate.
Two pillows provided...extra pillows: 30 baht each!!??!! No in room coffee/hot water (tea) service. No security service for valuables at all -- not in room, not at service desk. Severe lack of power -- and had to be detective to discover outlet behind tv (a 37 inch flat screen...beautiful, but go figure). No long hang clothing space (short hang interfered with shelf space), all storage was on open shelving, and not quite adequate. No "bench" for suitcases, had to press bedside table into service.

No safety box in room or lobby when they offered to keep my passport I realized they put the passport in envelope with room number on it and kept it in the drawer !! T.V >> all Thai channels Rooms>> the ground floor room is bad and smelly but the 2nd floor rooms was much better with balcony with no interesting view . visa machine>> not accepting cards with pin number . location>> it takes around 600 meters to reach to nearest supermarket and night market and the way is dark.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Chiang Rai, I was pleased with a few key aspects. the hotel offered a clean and comfortable room with a spacious and comfy bed, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. the location of the hotel was perfect, being in a quiet area yet still close enough to the main attractions and amenities in the city. I also enjoyed the variety of food offered during breakfast, with a good selection of dishes and fresh fruit.
There were a couple of aspects that I didn't quite enjoy. there were some issues with the bathroom, such as a substandard plastic door and poor quality fittings that were in need of maintenance.

The hotel had great staff, nice pool area, and a convenient location. The staff was always helpful in organizing taxis and providing information about the city. The pool area was clean and relaxing. The location was close to downtown and the night market, which was only a five-minute walk away.
Nothing to dislike.

Spent Xmas here and it was a decent stay. Really enjoyed the pool and the fact that there was free wifi both in the lobby and in the room was a great plus. Also appreciated that the hotel was in a convenient location, with easy access to local entertainment and transportation.
The bathroom was a major downside as the shower area was poorly designed, causing the bathroom floor to constantly get wet and slippery. the bed was really tough to sleep on and the breakfast choices were limited, especially if you don't like Asian cuisine.

We had a great stay at this hotel, located very close to the night market and the famous clock tower. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom and excellent service. the breakfast was nice, with a variety of options to choose from. the pool area was one of our favorites, providing a relaxing oasis in the midst of the city's hustle and bustle.
The lighting in the room was slightly dim, making it slightly difficult to read or work in the evenings.
